DN404 is an implementation of a co-joined ERC20 and ERC721 pair. 1 $XTREME ERC-20 token is linked to 1 ERC-721 NFT. This linking enables fractional ownership of NFTs through fractional ownership of tokens, and also enables instant NFT liquidity through tokens on DEX/CEX.
